Jeremiah heads the Corporate Commercial practice group of the firm. He also leads the Banking and Finance and the Employment practice.

 

Jeremiah has acted for a wide range of clients from various industries and has extensive experience in corporate banking, project financing, real estate and property transactions, corporate and commercial matters, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, privacy and personal data protection and employment law.

 

Jeremiah is regularly invited to presents papers and conducts workshops for the corporate sector and is well sought after to present papers and conduct seminars both locally and overseas such as in Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India.

 

Jeremiah is recognised as Recommended Lawyer in the area of Corporate and M&A by Legal500 Asia Pacific in its 2019 Publication.
