Ramesh joins Messrs Ramesh Dipendra Jeremiah Law with effect from 1 February 2020. For the last 24 years, Ramesh has established himself in the areas of banking litigation and insolvency as well as corporate restructuring.

Saiful is our Partner who heads the Corporate practice group of the firm. He supports other attorney in drafting and reviewing English language agreements since he joined GVA LPC in 2018. His main area is Commercial Laws which include E-commerce law and Contract Law.

Dipendra is a Partner leading the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Group at RDJLaw. Dipendra is well versed in civil, commercial and banking litigation and has vast experience in the various stages of dispute management in both Court and arbitration proceedings.

Gary Yap Vern Chieh is a Partner of Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practise Group. Gary was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2008. He provides advocacy and advisory services in disputes involving general areas of litigation .

Jeremiah is our Partner who heads the Banking & Finance and Employment practice groups of the firm. His focus area also includes Corporate and Commercial work. Jeremiah comes with a wealth of experience having worked in the corporate sector since 1997 prior to entering active legal practice.

Kit Yee is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Group at RDJLaw. Kit Yee’s areas of practice include banking and insolvency litigation, commercial litigation, corporate litigation and arbitration.
